Our preferred formats are word documents, open office documents, html or other editable word processor/text documents. We can also work with PDF's and most other formats however the simple format used by ereaders may not support some of the advanced layout options that a pdf can. If we think your layout will have to be substantially changed we will contact you first. - 4. How long does it take to get my book formatted?More
A typical order is processed within 7 business days. If an order is atypical the customer will be advised.

We will publish books with a small number of images as part of our eBook publishing packages. Graphic heavy books are difficult for eReaders to deal with in the standard way. As a result we may process graphic heavy documents in a different way so as to ensure the best looking final results. If you have a book that relies heavily on images you should contact us first to discuss what option is best for your book. - 4. How do I know if my material including writing is copyrighted?More
Any information obtained from the internet may be copyrighted. Read the information about terms and license information on the website you obtain the materials from. - 5. How do I know if my images are copyrighted?More
Copyright information can be difficult to obtain. If the image was copied from the internet, chances are it has a copyright. Any liability issues resulting from copied images which a customer provides us are the customer’s responsibility. All images sourced by us will be properly licensed. - 6. What if I only want to publish a book for family and friends?More
We will provide you with a formatted book that you may choose to sell or simply email to friends and family who want a copy for their ipad, kindle, etc.. - 7. Can you create my Amazon account?More
Users must have an existing Amazon account or make a new one. We can set up your account for kindle direct publishing and link it to your existing amazon account for you or guide you through the steps required should you prefer to handle this yourself. - 8. How do I publish to Amazon?More
Once you have your ebook formatted correctly, all you will need to do is create an amazon publishers account and upload the file. There are a few licensing questions to ensure the work is your own.
